TEN GOLDEN RULES
1. Arrive before Students arrive (at least 30 minutes)

2. Be well prepared
-> participate in Training given by Practicum Organisation
-> read background Theory
-> check set-up of the Lab

3. Take time to introduce yourself properly to the Students

4. Make clear what you expect from the Students during the pre-lab Talk

5. Abide to the general rules of the Practicum concerning:
-> Presence
-> Safety
-> Academic Standards
-> Lunch time (synchronised lunch for all students and supervisor)
You should always give the right example to Students: wear safety glasses!

6. See to it that real Products are delivered by Students, that is:
-> Labjournal should be of sufficient Standard
-> Labjournal cannot be taken home, but should be taken in by you at the end of each day.
-> Resultform filled in if applicable
-> Report handed in if applicable
-> Spectral Interpretation always as part of Labjournal or Report!

7. Supervise and Inspire!

8. Discuss Results of the Experiment afterwards in a feed-back Talk

9. Grading
-> Grade between 0 en 10
-> 10 is too high!
-> 4 mains Failed!
-> Fill in Grade Form, comment on Students Performance
-> Hand in Grade Forms to Stephan Jonker (NB new procedure in development)

10. Leave after Students have left!
